DESCRIPTION:This is a time to practice using our pool for either swimming or jumping. Your dog MUST be “ramp safe” This time is NOT staffed. You must either have recorded jumps with NADD or any other organization or have facility approval (taken a 101 course typically to show that your dog is ramp safe). This is a safety requirement. We want to be sure that everyone has fun and remains safe on the dock…once your dog is safe\, come and practice…and don’t forget to check out our memberships! \nSign up for Open Dock here \nPlease be aware that once the class is full\, the date longer show on the signup link above.  You may pick a different date\, or keep checking back\, as sometimes\, people adjust their dates and a spot will open up the week prior to class.

SUMMARY:NADD Dock Diving Event
DESCRIPTION:Whether you are after titles\, or just some awesome fun\, come check out the flying dogs! We have so much fun at these events. As always we will plan to BBQ on Saturday night. Please bring a side and join in on the fun. Check our Facebook Event for more details as we get closer to the event! \nThis event will use jump cards.  We will send out a voluntary prepayment link when the date for the pulls from the event occurs. We will send it out again after the event closes. You will make payment and then sign up on the online running order.  It is your responsibility to pay first and then sign up for the appropriate number of splashes.  If you are on the online sign up but have not paid\, we will remove you. You can pay at the event and sign up on the run order there if you prefer\, however\, spots are offered first come\, first served. \nThe online running order will be the running order for the event. First come. First Served.   You may not jump the same dog more than one jump per 1/2 hour. You may stay all day if you wish and spread your jumps over throughout the day (you do not have to leave when your jumps are done as during Covid). The online running order is designed to give you the convenience of knowing when your jump slots are and plan travel accordingly.  If you miss your slot for not being here\,  you will be able to sign up in the next available open slot upon arrival. \nYou must have a NADD number to participate. \nSign up Here \nWalkups will be accommodated until entries are maxed out. \nThis is a sanctioned event by North America Diving Dogs. Titles earned here will be eligible for recognition by American Kennel Club. \n

SUMMARY:GCWDC Training Time; Scent Sports; Obedience
DESCRIPTION:This event is solely for Gold Country Working Dog Club Members. This is for club members to train in the Barnhunt Ring or on the Obedience Field with whatever sports (except for protection and dock diving) they desire. Rats will be available for training; nosework training can be done\, obedience\, tracking. There is for club members to work together to improve their skills. If you want to do barnhunt\, please ensure to let us know how many rats you want to ensure are available. You will have access to the club house and all club equipment for all other training. \nClick Here to sign up. \nYou MUST be a current member of Gold Country Working Dog Club to participate in this activity. If you are not a member\, you will be removed from the session and no refund will be given. If you are not sure if you are a member\, feel free to contact our office. We cannot guarantee rat availability if we do not know by Saturday night.  Everything else is available at the field.
