You must either have recorded jumps with NADD or any other organization or have facility approval (taken a 101 course typically to show that your dog is ramp safe). This is a safety requirement. If you want to do barnhunt\, please ensure to let us know how many rats you want to ensure are available. If you are not a member\, you will be removed from the session and no refund will be given. If you are not sure if you are a member\, feel free to contact our office. DESCRIPTION:Gold Country Working Dog Club meets for IGP (IPO formerly Schutzhund) training. Depending on the week\, we will focus either on the Fundamentals of Protection taught by Cherie Flores. \nWe also have helpers come into the facility for seminars and to do advanced protection work. Those dates will be added seperately. You can sign up for the Fundamentals of Protection  At the root of all things in the IPO sport is obedience and clarity of drive. The fundamentals can and should be taught in a thoughtful manner.  In this class we prepare our dogs to be ready for the helper\, but most of the work is done here so that when we have a helper come in\, the transition is extremely smooth.  Schedule Appointment  \nYou may arrive up 30-60 minutes prior to class to work on your obedience on the field prior to protection. \n  \n
